Bhumika is from Delhi, India. She earned her bachelor’s degree in electronics and computer sciences engineering from Thapar University. Before starting her MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, Bhumika worked in the Data and Analytics practice at JPMorgan Chase & Co., India. At UNC, Bhumika is focusing on concentrations in Consulting, Business Analytics & Management and Operations Management to blend her solid analytical skill set with her management and soft skills to help companies achieve data-driven results with innovative solutions.

Bhumika completed her summer internship at L.E.K. Consulting as a Summer Consultant in the Boston office. During her time in the MBA program, Bhumika has participated in the STAR Program, worked as a 1Y liaison with the several clubs like Consulting, Carolina Women in Business, Analytics and Business & Technology Club, and currently is a part of several student career, activity and diversity boards like Consulting, International Business Association and Carolina Disability Alliance.

Fun Fact: Bhumika loves to try adventure sports! She has gone paragliding and cliff jumping absolutely on a whim, while on vacation. In her free time, she likes to volunteer and has dedicated 2000+ hours tutoring underprivileged students from the rural parts of India.

Rashmi is originally from New Delhi, India. She earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Amity University. Post graduation, she worked as an IT Project Engineer at Wipro, primarily with telecom clients across US and Europe. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from TAPMI, Manipal post which she worked with Deloitte as an Assistant Marketing Manager in Bangalore, India. Currently at UNC Kenan-Flagler, she is concentrating in Marketing and Technology & Innovation Management to upskill herself in the domains of Product Marketing and Analytics. Rashmi spent her summer as a Product Marketing Intern at the Expedia Group, working on a Competitive Intelligence and Go-to-market project for their new offering.

During her time in the MBA program, Rashmi has been a Student Ambassador, an active volunteer at Admissions Events and a first year liaison with the Business and Technology Club. She currently leads the Mentorship and International Recruiting programs for the Business Technology Club and Career Treks for the Marketing Club.

Fun Fact: Rashmi is a big-time foodie and travel enthusiast. She is also known as a 'bottomless well' due to her high metabolism! In her free time, she loves trying new cuisines and spending time at beaches.
