    Bhumika is from Delhi, India. She earned her bachelor’s degree in electronics and computer sciences engineering from Thapar University. Before starting her MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, she worked in the Data and Analytics practice at JPMorgan Chase & Co., India. At UNC, Bhumika is focusing on concentrations in Consulting, Business Analytics & Management and Operations Management to blend her solid analytical skill set with her management and soft skills to help companies achieve data-driven results with innovative solutions.

    Bhumika completed her summer internship at L.E.K. Consulting as a Summer Consultant in the Boston office. During her time in the MBA program, she has participated in the STAR Program, worked as a 1Y liaison with several clubs like Consulting, Carolina Women in Business, and the Analytics and Business & Technology Club. She is also involved in student career, activity, and diversity boards like the International Business Association and the Carolina Disability Alliance.

    Fun Fact: Bhumika loves to try adventure sports! She has gone paragliding and cliff jumping on a whim while on vacation. In her free time, she likes to volunteer and has dedicated over 2,000 hours tutoring underprivileged students from rural parts of India.

    Rashmi is originally from New Delhi, India. She earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Amity University. After graduation, she worked as an IT Project Engineer at Wipro, primarily with telecom clients across the US and Europe. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from TAPMI, Manipal, after which she worked with Deloitte as an Assistant Marketing Manager in Bangalore, India. At UNC Kenan-Flagler, Rashmi is concentrating on Marketing and Technology & Innovation Management to upskill herself in Product Marketing and Analytics. She spent her summer as a Product Marketing Intern at Expedia Group, working on a Competitive Intelligence and Go-to-market project.

    During her time in the MBA program, Rashmi has been a Student Ambassador, a volunteer at Admissions Events, and a 1Y liaison with the Business Technology Club. She currently leads the Mentorship and International Recruiting programs for the Business Technology Club and Career Treks for the Marketing Club.

    Fun Fact: Rashmi is a big-time foodie and travel enthusiast. She is also known as a 'bottomless well' due to her high metabolism! In her free time, she loves trying new cuisines and spending time at beaches.
