This evening is designed to support mentees at different stages of the program.
New mentees will participate in a structured Speed Networking experience to practice professional communication and relationship building skills.
Returning mentees will engage in a special topic session led by EY focused on Power Skills Activation. EY Power Skills gives students an exciting chance to build the decision‑making abilities that matter in both school and the professional world. In this interactive session, students will jump into engaging activities, explore how curiosity fuels stronger choices, and connect with others who are ready to share insights and real‑world experiences. Students will learn what Power Skills for Smart Decisions are all about—asking better questions, thinking more critically, and approaching problems with confidence. By the end, students will feel empowered to grow these skills and use them to navigate classes, internships, and future career opportunities with clarity and impact.
MAC staff and EY professionals will be present throughout the evening to offer guidance, feedback, and insight. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Elsa Woldu or Sam Shober
