The Allison Undergraduate Business Mentorship Program (AMP) is an opportunity for first-year students at UNC to gain essential business skills while learning more about applying to the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The Allison Mentorship Program was created to better support underserved populations, including but not limited to: first-generation college students and students dealing with financial hardship. Mentees participate in professional development and application readiness programming in addition to activities with current business student mentors. Deadline is September 7, 2025. You will hear back from the program by September 12, 2025. Please keep in mind the welcome event is scheduled for September 17, 2025. For questions, please contact Mahogany Persip, Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment.
